Report a listing.
Every report is read by a person. You do not need an account to send one.
What to send
Email [email protected] with the listing address and what looks wrong. Screenshots help. If you found the same photographs elsewhere, send that link too, because it is usually the fastest way for us to confirm a stolen photo listing.
If the item was stolen from you
Send the serial number and any police report reference. We will add the serial to our watchlist, which blocks it from being listed on this site again by anyone, and we will remove the current listing while we look into it.
The serial is the thing that makes this work. Without it we can remove one listing. With it we can stop the item reappearing.
What happens next
We review, and depending on what we find we may hold the listing for moderation, remove it, add identifiers to our scammer log, or close the account. We will not always be able to tell you the outcome, because we cannot discuss another member account, but the report is never ignored.
If money has already changed hands, open a dispute with your payment provider immediately. Time limits apply and they matter more than our investigation does.
