Feedback that means something.
Ratings only count when they come from people who actually completed a trade. Anything else is noise.
Who can leave it
Feedback is tied to a completed transaction. You cannot rate a seller you never bought from, which removes the two things that ruin most rating systems: retaliation from people who never traded, and paid positive reviews from accounts with no history.
Both sides can leave feedback. Sellers deal with difficult buyers too, and that record matters.
What it affects
Your average score and total count show on your profile and beside every listing you run. The average feeds the Trusted Seller threshold. Buyers can filter and sort by it.
A single poor rating on an otherwise strong record is not fatal and should not be. Patterns matter, individual bad days do not.
Replies and disputes
A seller can reply once to any feedback left about them. The reply appears underneath and is not editable afterwards, which keeps the exchange honest.
We remove feedback that contains personal information, abuse, or content unrelated to the transaction. We do not remove feedback simply because it is negative and the seller disagrees. If you believe a rating is retaliatory or false, contact [email protected] with the transaction details.
Not live yet
The feedback system arrives with the reputation release. The database already records it and seller profiles already display the score, so nothing is lost in the meantime.
